Northern Ireland native Chris Paton manages the popular blog, “Scottish Genes.” Mr. Paton has written textbooks on Scottish and Irish genealogy, and he is a highly regarded professional genealogist running his own research service out of the Scottish coastal town, Irvine, North Ayrshire.
