Hundreds of previously out-of-stock books are now available from Genealogical.com on a print-on-demand basis, giving you the opportunity to order many terrific genealogy publications that have long been unavailable. If you order a print-on-demand book by itself, you can expect to receive it in about the same amount of time as our books printed via conventional offset lithography and inventoried in our warehouse. If you place an order for a print-on-demand book or books AND  a title that’s shelved in our warehouse, your print-on-demand order will arrive in a separate shipment from the warehoused title(s).

FOR ORDERS $75.00 OR MORE:

We now provide Free Shipping for orders of $75.00 or more. We’ll ship using a combination of UPS Mail Innovations and USPS.

FOR ORDERS LESS THAN $20.00:

Orders totaling $20.00 or less $5.50 for the first item; each additional item $2.50.

FOR ORDERS MORE THAN $20.00 AND LESS THAN $75.00:

United States (includes AK and HI): One item $7.50; each additional item $3.00.

When ordering sets: First volume $7.50; each additional volume $3.00

Please Note: Rates for FedEx or UPS have changed so much over the last years that we can no longer predict the cost of these services to send you our books. The alternative we have chosen to use is a combination of UPS and USPS, which will provide the care you’d expect while allowing us to better manage both costs and expectations. Because over 90% of our titles are printed after you place your order, we cannot offer next day shipping. We are not going to charge you for something we cannot deliver.

International Customers: Most of our books are manufactured abroad as well as in the U.S. To avoid excessive international shipping charges, we encourage you to purchase our titles from Amazon.co.uk; Amazon.com.au; and other fine Canadian, European, and Australian booksellers who are part of the Ingram network.

RETURN POLICY:

Books, eBooks and CDs are not sold on pre-approval. No returns are accepted unless there has been a mistake in the shipment or the publication is damaged or defective. Books or CDs that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced at no cost to our customers. We ask that you tell us your situation in an email to Web.Genealogical.com, and include a phone number and best time to call. You can also call our office at 1-800-296-6687 to report any problems with your order.

Customers will be charged $25.00 for any check returned to us for insufficient funds.
