Description
Mr. Potter’s work on New Hampshire military history is reckoned to be definitive; however, since its principal contents included unindexed muster rolls and service records, it was not until indexes were added in 1972 that genealogists could make full use of it. In all, approximately 14,000 names and places are identified. Originally published in two volumes as Adjutant General’s Reports, the complete work is reprinted here in one volume, complete with a biographical sketch of the author.
