Lost Links is the product of a painstaking search of original courthouse records and comprises transcriptions of a bewildering variety of genealogical source records, including births, deaths, marriages, wills, deeds and indentures, censuses, pensions, and family Bibles. The range of the work is unmistakably broad, touching on fifteen states throughout the South and some of New England and identifying more than 15,000 persons in hundreds of miscellaneous courthouse records.
