Scattered around the country, No. XVIII covers burials at Fort Harrison, Va.; Wilmington and Raleigh, N.C.; Port Hudson, La.; Brownsville, San Antonio, and Galveston, Tex.; Little Rock, Fayetteville, and Fort Smith, Ark; Indianapolis, Ind.; Mound City, Ill.; Cincinnati and Springfield, Oh.; and at local cemeteries and military posts throughout the Midwest. No. XIX treats burials at Baltimore, Petersburg, New Berne, and Baton Rouge, among other locations. It contains the usual data except that the New Berne (N.C.) burial list has a fascinating "remarks" column which includes such information as age, place of death, whether a citizen of another country, etc. (See also Items 5951, 5952, 5953, 5954, 5955, 5957, 5958, 5959, 5965, and 5966.)
